Do you remove pet hair?

Yes, pet hair removal is available. Please note that pet hair will require additional time and will result in an additional charge.

How long does a detail take?

Detailing times vary depending on the size and condition of the vehicle, as well as the services selected. Most appointments take between 2–4 hours, while paint correction and ceramic coating services may require a full day or more.

Can you remove stains from seats and carpets?

We can significantly improve or remove many stains through shampooing and extraction. However, some permanent stains may not be completely removable.

What do I need to provide for mobile detailing?

For mobile appointments, we ask that you provide:

Access to water: A standard outdoor water source or hose connection.
Access to electricity: A standard household electrical outlet within reach of the vehicle.
A safe work area: Enough space for us to work around the vehicle safely and efficiently.

If water or electricity is not available, please let us know in advance so we can discuss alternative arrangements.

Do I need to empty my vehicle before my appointment?

We recommend removing personal belongings from the vehicle prior to your appointment to allow us to clean every area thoroughly.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept cash, e-transfer, credit and debit and other payment methods. Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise arranged.

Will detailing remove scratches?

Standard detailing will not remove scratches. Paint correction services can remove or reduce many swirl marks, oxidation, and light scratches depending on their severity.

How often should I have my vehicle detailed?

For best results, we recommend a gold detail every 6 months, with regular essential maintenance washes in between.

Can you detail my vehicle at my workplace?

Yes! As long as we have permission to work on the property and access to water and electricity, we can often perform mobile detailing at workplaces.
